All mons that are not Fire or Water type will automatically faint 3 turns after entering battle.
Fire types faint immediately upon entry.
Fire moves do nothing in battle.
Water moves deal twice as much damage and will bypass Accuracy check.
Any offensive Electric moves will automatically bypass Accuracy check and target all mons in the field.

Fire type moves should turn into Scald, but with the power of the original move instead.

Certain Pokemon like Eelektross, Malamar, Grapploct, Muk, Dhelmise, Dragalge, Armaldo, Cradily, Cursola, Dragapult, etc. that live/were alive underwater will also not faint.

Only Water type Pokemon and aquatic Pokemon like Eelektross, Stunfisk, Pincurchin, and Grapploct can enter.

Dive can't be used because you're already underwater. Same with Surf.

In Volcanion's case, he'll be cut from the game so GameFreak won't have to figure out what to do when a mon is both Fire and Water type.

On Ground moves, that works as a rule, but I feel like Earthquake has to be utterly useless or work normally, since its just a shock wave really.

Gamefreak add it in later as paid DLC. The game freezes when you send it out. It takes them a week to patch it.
