Since we are getting 100 pokémon back in this first dlc will the Galar Dex get expanded to actual 500? I hate when you got catchable mons but no dex entry like UltraSun and Moon.

They are not part of the galar dex, just a local pokedex, unless Sonia upgrades our pokedex or we meet a similar character in the dlc, seems unlikely they will give us 200+ new entries

They said were getting new pokedexes so there will be new entries for the most part SWSH did reuse old entries but only fir the uninteresting pokemon

Dunno, the 35 that were hidden in-code supposedly have 'Dex entries. Maybe they will, maybe they won't (maybe they'll add a DLC 'Dex that covers the others not in the Galardex).

Well yeah, the difference between this and the Alola games is that the obtainable foreign Pokemon actually have dex entries programmed in.

That means they will most likely be counted as part of the 100+ returning mons in each pack, and their entries will be found in the Isle of Armor or Crown Tundra Dex.

They announced the additions as "200+" during the DLC reveal. 100 per DLC part and 35 already in-code hidden till the Home update = 200+, for their marketing purposes.

It's 100 per DLC. Learn how marketing works. That they had 35 "hidden" in-code allows them to announce it as 200+.
