Gen 5 has the most pokemon. If you redo the graph by percentage, you'll find that it's pretty even for all the gens

Kalos's dex is like 70 mons, so it getting 32 mons is okayish, sinnoh and johto's is worse, besides cross generation evos and baby mon's it's pure dex is absolutely low

Mostly because there's barely any of them to begin with. Most of them have already reappeared in Alola and Galar. I think besides starters and legends/mythicals, Gogoat and Vivillon are the only ones not to reappear, though some like Pyroar only appeared in USUM and in the postgame.

It makes sense geographically. Galar's based on Great England, which has more in common with the States (Unova), while most of the rest of the regions are in faraway Asia, and Hawaii's (Alola) a more isolated continent so it'd be harder to justify seeing more of those kinds of mons.

No, Anon, it just isn't Kalos' turn yet. People claimed that Game Freak hated Unova the past two gens where it was ignored but surprise, surprise! The moment it gets some attention, it's suddenly jerked off by GameFreak. A Gen gets released, it gets ignored for the next gen or two to keep things "fresh" by not repeating the same Pokemon again and then they start pandering to it once they feel enough time has passed to reintroduce them with new shit. Gen 6 will absolutely get representation in Gen 9 or the inevitable Sinnoh remakes.
