this looks kinda shitty man. if you made this, take a good look at gen 2 sprites and figure out when they use dithering and why. the way you're using it is just a crutch for not knowing where to confidently put shadows. in gen 2 it's only used when the colour limit means a shade is lacking, or on a large area where a shade gradient is needed, or to imply texture. you don;t need it on every shadow edge, shadows have hard edges. also it has 6 fingers.
