I was inspired by that Eevee evolution thread a while back that used e621 to show who was most popular. This time, I will be using legendary pokemon to see who is the most popular in their region. (I'm not using Mewtwo since it doesn't have a counter part or third legendary for a fairer chance.)

I didn't count Xerneas and Yveltal because of one person. Some guy made a comic called Silver Soul that have over 13 pages. If I did count it, this would be the number. X: 254 and Y: 1.0k. I wanted a fair chance for everyone and felt like this one person kind of ruin it. Like how Rotom have the most porn because of one guy on pixiv.
