They don't take care of themselves; their coins are black and dirty, their eyes show signs of malnourishment, they have long sharp, unkempt, claws used for slashing and stabbing their targets, and scraggly thick fur beards. These Meowth were raised to be the toughest in battle, with daggers for claws, hence their Steel-typing and thick fur, which has accumulated iron in them from spending long periods out at sea. Only the strongest of these Meowth can evolve into the strongest Viking warriors, hence why Perrserker exists.
