Grass has a good color scheme, but the legs might need some adjustments to their shape and proportion (maybe also a smidge of green, bushy frills similar to what's going on up top in order to tie the figure together).
Water feels somewhat mismatched. It needs more definition, probably an entire proportion change, and it needs better color variation so it doesn't end up looking like a big, indigo blob.
All in all, these are final stage improvements in nearly all matters (Water is more like a side-grade at the very worst, but it could easily be refined to surpass the idea and execution of the current gen 8 water starter). All of the middle stages are infinitely better with little further to discuss (mainly because they build from the first form rather than mostly just chucking everything away).
