How can I possibly choose between Feraligatr and Tyrantrum? They both fulfill the exact same appeal (giant vicious killer reptile that tears shit up with bites) and team tole (Dragon Dancer). It just seems like an impossible predicament.

Actualy having offensive redundancy is pretty good in competive. Think about it like that - how much counters to DD heavy attacker your opponent can have in team? One, maybe with another that sorta can do it but not realy. If that counter will be wear down by dealing with one of them, another one will have pretty much a free time to wreck havoc.

Also, Tyranitar is based off Godzilla which undoubedly has an even stronger bite force than basic animals.
