Can someone tell me why it's good when BW does it but bad when XY does it or when SwSh has literally no E4?

It's not good, but the main difference between BW and XY is that BW does have rematch teams while XY doesn't

Because they're packing fairly good Pokemon with good movesets, and. plus they use six Pokemon in the post-game. Not to mention you're not just battling them; you also battle N (in place of the Champion), catching a legendary and fighting Ghetsis (who's a great final boss.)

She was sexy. I don't mind the other two, but I thought the BW 4 were more interesting overall. Marshall appears during the story. Adult Caitlin was a neat surprise. Shauntal seems to be chronicling your adventure. Grimsley was interesting but I don't really care for his pointless SM cameo.

The difference there is that all of the Pokemon in BW's Elite Four pre-credits were all completely new and never used by boss trainers before. Also, not too many NPCs used these Pokemon either, so for many trainers the Elite Four were the first instances of them being introduced to these Pokemon.

Black & White limited the Pokémon you encounter both in the wild and in other trainers' teams to new Pokémon until the post-game. The Elite Four had smaller teams but in their rematch teams they gained two more Pokémon from previous generations.

It is disappointing they keep the smaller teams in B2W2 unless you're playing challenge mode.

With the XY Elite Four, they had two new Pokemon and two old ones, and most of the old ones were ones used by past Dragon specialists. Even the new Pokemon were ones that had been used before, such as Pyroar that was used by Lysandre, and Talonflame that was used by Tierno.

I feel like this statement is off. Like there's only 150 mons and they use a good amount of single stage pokemon. You can't tell me that sigilyph, sawk and throh didn't show up every so often. I also remember liepard and musharna showing up all of the time because of Cheren and Bianca. Not to mention scrafty.

SM was better than XY but they are still stuck with 5 pokémon instead of 6 and their pokémon only increase 10 levels in the rematch
