I'm guessing Unseen Fists renders punching moves unblock-able by Protect and Detect (or perhaps they do pierce damage - 50% perhaps)
Sure its pretty useless in singles and in-game, but leans more into balancing for Doubles, and this is a mythical. I could see them doing something like this.
