A hacked 2ds or 3ds can run Checkpoint, which can rip your save file from the cart and then you use PKSM to put the pokemon in gen 6. PKSM is basically homebrewed bank.

You can trade between 2ds and 3ds but it wont help you get the pokemon to gen 6. Legit bank would be the only way
Your only other option is to get a USB 3ds game reader and rip the save file onto your laptop and then dick with the save file, but I dont know if they even make those. Just dont buy something from datel. Their software and hardware are absolute shit.
In the end, just use homebrew, bro
