At the end of the day, shills only defend Game Freak because Pokémon is a popular brand that provides them with creatures designed for short-term, artificial popularity and Memes, plus bait designs that enable Porn for those precious Twitter clicks. After all, second to parents, the brainwashed Twitter crowd are the ones who provide the most money due to their own sentimental, nostalgic value or to hop on the latest trends. They do not actually care for Game Freak themselves, they merely want to put others down so they can feel morally superior to those who criticize their childhood brand, not to mention no one was there to defend Little Town Hero or any of their other franchises.
