the cottonee im using i have to keep underleveled so it doesn't surpass hurricanes learn level which is its only good flying type move. u only get a sun stone after iccarus city. if u have no interest in hurricane then go wild. even at an underlevel just a combination of leech seed, poison powder and mega drain has kept the cottonee alive
