>>43274799I didn’t bring it up because it was “obvious” knowledge that they were cute and marketable, I brought it up because the fact that they are doesn’t necessarily conflict with the final form’s individual standing which is why I said “I wouldn’t say most” posts ago in reference to how in despite of their cuteness and marketability the final form can still have legs to stand on to remain around the same level of popular as it or be even more popular. Much like how Greninja is vastly more popular than its first form. Same for Charizard, Infernape, Primarina, Blaziken, Sceptile, etc. Samurott however, couldn’t.
