Ghost has two immunities and deals at least neutral damage to all but two types, it's probably the best type behind Fairy and really doesn't need its own status condition or weather.

It needs more moves, and moves that provide utility. Ghosts shouldn't be about outright damage. They should be about debuffing and antics.
