In Platinum I put up a Duskull on GTS, like level 18 or some shit, and asked for anything in return. I ended up getting a level 100 shiny Zangoose for it.

Considering it was probably design finalized in mid 2002, it almost was. There was still plenty of 90's spillover going on in tones of different media sectors back then and wouldn't really die out until smart technology made it fully mainstream in 2007.
