I can't wait to find out what terrible moveset it has. Wing attack is garbage and is depicted as the wing hitting the opponent as the user flies by them. And people wanted Charizard to know a flying type move vs Blaziken. Charizard wouldn've ate uppercuts and get swift kicks to the face if he tried to pull that move.

If you retards actually want to see a 'Zard faceoff, this is the only way. They don't do mirror-match battles (Winnona's Swellow being shiny, Paul dropping Torterra when Ash evolved his, waiting till the end of torracat's battle before evolving it to Incineroar), so there's no hope of Ash digging out his OG to fight Leon with.

Greninja is too fucking powerful as is. The only way it could work is if they de-powered it by taking away its Ash-Greninja transformation. As it stands, Ash-Greninja is only good for fighting Megas. It's too overpowered in any other situation.

Ash-Greninja is overkill in most situations and it turns Pokemon into what it isn't; a power level dick measuring contest. Pokemon doesn't usually operate on "power levels".

Pokemon battles should be about strategy and using the battlefield and physics to your advantage, not having a bigger power level than the other guy.

They also said they want people to be able to jump in at any time without being confused as to what's going on, so suffice to say, they aren't going to confuse new viewers by bringing back old Pokemon.

If they wanted to rotate Pokemon, they'd need to do that from the start so the audience would already be used to it.

Melmetal had the disadvantage of not being able to learn many moves back then since it was only in LGPE. So it was basically limited to Double Iron Bash and Flash Cannon.
