Yes you're kinda right but Decidueye isn't that far behind. In fact if you look at the poll, Decidueye has a smaller gap with Rowlet than Rowlet with mimikyu. If they shilled Decidueye a bit more I'd argue he'd be equally if not more popular than Rowlet. Think about it Decidueye only got 2 and quarter shilling and getting shat on and still is today by gf while Rowlet was consistently shilled the whole gen and Decidueye is still up there in popularity.
