Jotaro would be Blaziken since he's all about fighting up close, to the point where his solution to everything, something he passes on to his daughter, is to just continue punching. Plus, the longer a battle goes on with him, the more threatening he gets, which can be realized as Speed Boost
Josuke would be Infernape, since he's extremely straightforward, but has all the tools he needs to be one of the best developed, perfectly balanced Pokemon/JoJos to date. Oh, and he chimps out if you insult his hair.
Jolyne would be Delphox, not just because of her gender, but her simple-minded nature, just like her father. She doesn't really do a lot of tricks with Stone Free, she just uses it like a cross between Hermit Purple and Star Platinum. She's absolutely the type of player to have a hyper offense team and just click the high damage buttons instead of using a supporting Pokemon like Chesnaught, or something that has to use prediction for its fullest effect like Greninja.
Hat Josuke would be Intelleon because he kills Cinderace in his part. Also because he's a brutal killer who has as many kills as every other JoJo combined, likes to kill people at a distance, and uses bubbles to attack. He's also able to run 100 meters in 11 seconds, so he definitely has the speed to match Intelleon.
