Is it possible to have a Meloetta Pirouette Form and all Deoxys forms in Pokémon Home, or do they revert back to normal upon transferring?

You can't transfer the held items. So, you can only have forms that don't need an item.

If I remember correctly, Meloetta just needed to hear a song and not hold something.

And how do you register Shaymin Sky Form if you can’t transfer it?

You can only have all Deoxys, both Magearna, both Keldeo and both Hoopa as separate formes on Home. Any other Mythical reverts to the base forme.
