It's hyper defensive, and can tank hits easily, chances are even super effective moves aren't doing half, so milkdrink spam effectively just gives it much more HP, on top of her super potions too. Stomp is a solid damage dealing move at that point and miltank outspeeds even Quilava so no way around flinching for 95% of the mons you can get, and the only one's that do outspeed are frail af. attract is gimmicky since you can just use a female mon but it adds to the flinch hacks and effectively reduces 100% accuracy ti 35% accuracy when combined. Rollout is her worst move IMO but you're fucked if you can't beat her fast enough to keep it from building up, at that point it becomes and auto sweep.
Idk why everyone here has a hate boner for the idea that pokemon games can have challenging moments, the nuzlocke generals are filled with people acknowledging that as easy as the games are overall, there ARE filled with challenging moments if you are using mons made specifically to counter the challenge (Likely as intended).
