First, you gotta start using evolutionary stones regularly for months, then you gotta build a high friendship level and IV’s and have the Psych Evaluator rate you, then once you pass that rating you have to battle against a Surgeon, then you have to do a trade evolution while holding Silicon.
Then, after you evolve, your ability changes to High Maintenance, which gives you a 42% chance of fainting at the end of your turn if you aren’t still regularly visiting the Psych Evaluator and using the stones.
Sometimes you also gotta stick a Macho Brace in your new hole.
