Hey there! I have some information on the upcoming games before generation 9. I can't say much about who I am, but I know someone who works for game freak and they gave me this information.
>Diamond and Pearl remakes called Adamant Diamond and Lustrous Pearl.
>Release date in 2021.
>Pokemon will follow you.
>Hms will not be in the game, but I don't know what will replace those.
>Story basically the same as D/P
>Underground, bases, mining, poffin making, amity square, contests, great marsh, and honey trees, as well as the other features from D/P will be back.
>Has battle frontier from Platinum.
>Episode in the post game like Delta Episode, but it's called The Azure Episode. The Team Galactic scientist Charon wants to capture Arceus, and you have to go to the distorsion world and capture Giratina and get the Griseous orb. You have to get the Azure Flute, but then Charon steals it from you and summons Arceus, which has a form like primal form, but I don't know what it's called. You then have to battle it and catch it.
>Other mythical Pokemon will have their own events like in Platinum.
>Villa from Platinum is back.
>You can rematch Gym Leaders once a day after completing Azure Episode.
>No wild areas.
>No Pokemon appearing in overworld in grass, it's back to how it used to be.
>Vs seeker to rebattle trainers, and Poke Radar are back.
>Lucas/Dawn's sister is back and tells you what the mass breakouts are just like in D/P.
>National Dex is back, you get it after the Azure Episode.
>No Sinnoh forms.
> No Dynamax or Gigantimax.
>Gyms are the same, they are not tournament style, and neither is the league.
>New megas for each of the starters, Staraptor, Floatzel, Luxray, Lumineon, Weavile, and some others.
>Cynthia's Garchomp mega evolves.
>Every legendary, tapu, and ultra beast in the D/P remake
>Let's Go Johto games release in 2022.
>Called Let's Go Ho-Oh, and Let's go Lugia.
>Literally exactly a remake of HGSS just let's go style.
>Diamond and Pearl remakes called Adamant Diamond and Lustrous Pearl.
