no but having a dumbfuck grinding method in every game that gives you tons of shinies sure does
in USUM i started getting annoyed when i found shinies in ultra wormholes because they showed up more often than the legendaries i actually wanted. that's fucked up.
swoosh is the worst about it with shiny raids. but it's the worst about everything so no surprise there.

You know that's the userbase? Offline raids don't spit out shinies at that rate, unless you're doing as they are and getting the seed and date-skiping yourself. I've got about 200 in-raid hours and aside from the online raids I knew were shiny, only found 2 random shiny raids and none generated in my own game.
