Rotom can volt on it and wisp it.
Manaphy, Volcarona, Reuniclus, and Zard X set up on it.
Ferrothorn can come in on heavy slam and leech and pivot into something else on the fire move. Mega Scizor can do a similar thing.
Heatran is a good answer but doesn't like being leeched, ideally it come in after something like the aforementioned ferrothorn pivot.
Koko can't come in on Heavy Slam comfortably but can deal with it, ideally you'd have roost.
Gliscor can swords dance on it.
Zapdos is probably the all around best answer.
