Replaying let’s go Pikachu. I liked it through my first run on let’s go Eevee. Replaying it after sword and shield for five months (which admittedly is child’s play), I can say without a doubt that Let’s Go has a decent difficulty curve. It’s pretty simple up until you fight Blue at Silph Co. this is assuming you don’t farm a massive raticate chain before going there. Plenty of battles where I actually did have to switch out mons. An annoyingly high amount of trainer battles but at least it’s got some challenge to it. The kanto Pokémon limitation also helps. I wouldn’t say it’s a hard game by any means, but it’s more difficult in trainer battles than sword and shield definitely which I like.
