Lets appreciate the more obscure fan games, Fuck Clover, looking to find more like Pokémon Wack and Pokémon Dimension. What are some of your favourite fan games gone mostly unrecognized?

I like story-focused fangames that try to do something different. Even if it's edgy bullshit it's still better than something that plays it safe. A Zoroark Among Us starts off interestingly enough but it shits the bed and turns into your standard Pokemon League affair. Not sure if it ever got finished though.

Are there any fangames like Pokemon Reloaded, that uses a different type of game mechanics.
It uses real time with an stamina/pp bar.
First pic/video from youtube, made by the actual maker of the game, may not be updated as I think the game has his own starter trio [game features most official mons and a few extra fakemons/evos]

Haven't played in quite a few years but if I can remember, Reloaded had two different OSTs, one using pokemon-like songs while the other had MIDI quality songs from pretty much everything.
I remember the Digimon Adventure ending, "Headchala" or whatever is DBZ opening, the Naruto vs Sasuke song, the Lord of The Rings "Shire theme".

Pokemon Jupiter Version always intrigued me as a kid. It seemed so ahead of the curve in terms of certain features (moving sprites in R/S, new sound effects for fakemon, etc.) yet never seemed to have caught on, being shoved aside in favor of more popular hacks like Reign of Legends, Snakewood, etc. Keep note this was before more advanced ROM hacking programs were invented (we're talking like pre-2010/early 2010s honestly), so it feels crude but novel.

Nevermind the shitty graphics/sound quality/etc., I thought it was an interesting game, one I didn't find until recently because I forgot the name.

Once again, probably not a good game nowadays but definitely a novel game with novel ideas for the time.

yeah honestly check it out I really liked it, its like a noir story where you head to a town to investigate a strange mystery surrounding it. It's a really well made game set in the poke universe that isnt a battling rpg
