>>43323835It kicked ass in 2016-2018 when it still had a huge casual playerbase, I met a lot of people and even got a job out of it through the network I built raiding. Nowadays there are still a lot of people playing but also a lot of tryhards that suck the fun out of things with their boundless autism. That aside, Niantic is trying some interesting shit and they're also starting to delve further into the AR gimmick part of the game with AR Amie/following mons and some other shit that has a lot of potential.
It's worth fucking around with if you're bored especially with all of the shit they're doing to stay alive during the quarantine, not like it takes that much effort to download the app.
