I am a Genwunner that taking advantage of the quarantine I have been playing Pokemon games that I did not play because it stopped me in Gen 2
I want to play Black 2 and I don't trust poketubers who make videos of the best team.
Which do you / VP / recommend?

What do I recommend you use on your team? Just catch whatever and use it. Box your starter for more fun and if you're really cool, use only one type.

Lucario is one of the most popular pokemon. And it's a Steel type, which makes it great.
I prefer Scrafty, I like the abilities and the dark type, but Lucario is better.

Lucario is more common in a BW2 playthrough team however Moxie is a busted ability ingame.

If you're gonna use your starter I suggest using Emboar with scald, it's fun. Sigilyph or Archeops for flying. Stoutland is very good for a playthrough, you can get it early and has a lot of coverage in its movepool

Honestly in general B2W2 has a tonne of good choices to build a team so I'd recommend just catching whatever you like. You can get a Lv. 35 Volcarona after the 5th gym which is really good but has an absolutely shit levelup movepool until Lv. 59, so you need to teach it Signal Beam from a tutor and the Fire Blast TM in order for it to be usable

Excadrill/Krookodile, Archeops and Emboar cover a fuck ton of weaknesses. Get Emboar some weird shit like Scald and Wild Charge.

Electric types aren't particularly good in this game (maybe Eelektross?) I'd say you're better off just with an Own Tempo Lilligant petal dancing around for Seismitoad /Gastrodon /Jellicent.

I you can trade get a Conkeldurr, otherwise get a Scrafty and wreck shit. Fill your last spot with a Pick Up Lillipup, im not kidding you Stoutland does have some crazy coverage.

If you wanna make a solid team:
-Emboar/Arcanine/Chandelure
-Lilligant/Eelektross
-Excadrill/Krookodile
-Archeops/Crobat/Sygilyph
-Seismitoad/Gastrodon
-Scraggy/Conkeldurr/Lucario

You have a lot of options

I like it, I have thought about Starmie, Arcanine, and Scraggy but the rest I have doubts I would like to crobat but I also want a poison plant and I don't want to repeat. I would like Excadrill but tempts me Flygon
