I've been considering getting the Japanese Celebi disc too, but you can't actually get Celebi off of it without a completed JAPANESE save of Colosseum. So I'd also need an imported copy of Colosseum and I'd need to mod my Gamecube for multi-region support to actually make use of it. I plan to do this eventually.
