>>43338319it gets more of a chance to shine in lower tiers. that’s literally how it ends up there, it not being good in one meta and falling down to the next providing the pseudo hell of BL or equivalent doesn’t trap them forever. people need to assign less value to the tiers, or at least be consistent about it, since mons like Quagsire end up viable for shitblocking Ubers. It really has no relative scale because there are so many Pokemon and each meta ends up subtly different for each Pokemon to not always end up having the same value. For Ttar not having pursuit in a meta where psychics and ghosts are running around all over the place is a serious shitkick on top of a good physical fighting move being tossed around to everyone.
