It's actually a great concept and the execution is not bad at all! I'd just make the hair/flag longer and more prominent and maybe have the hooves/feet poke out of from the underside, or either have the cape point outward when it touches the ground

honsetly, kudos. Its a well drawn design with clear inspirations, and its cute. i'd be interested to see it with hooves poking out the bottom but it could just as easily mess up the design. what type is it too?
