I don't think there's ever been a more unbalanced mon than this.
It either sweeps or is complete dead weight, and necessitates that you bring a water immunity. The level to which it overcentralizes teambuilding is ridiculous.
But on the other hand, it's so easy to counter that it also can't be considered broken or OP.
