Yeah Kanto is pretty cool. I like how you can do four of the eight Gyms for your third badge (Surge, Erika, Sabrina, Koga)
That isn't a joke I honestly think that's cool. You can also do Blaine for your fourth badge.

Kanto has a neat vibe to it because it feels like sci-fi compared to Johto which feels mystic. I think FRLG is the closest you'll get to kino for Kanto and that's because gba games were aesthetic as fuck.

There was nothing wrong with Kanto in 96. It was your pretty much your standard little overlord. The problem with Kanto is that they keep remaking a map that was made for a 25 year old GB game.

RBY Kanto is almost unplayable in current year. LGPE Kanto is pretty bad and mostly bland, GSC Kanto is dogshit, and HG/SS Kanto is also pretty bad and saved only by Gen 4 sprites.

There has only been one good iteration of Kanto and that's Fire Red and Leaf Green. Does that make Kanto kino? If only 1 out of 4 Generations of it was good?
