>>43354045You play as a Team Rocket member and you can steal one Pokémon from the trainers you beat. As you rank up within the organization, you can steal from more powerful trainers. There's also a karma system and a bounty system. If you steal a lot of Pokemon, dialogue of NPCs will change and you marts won't sell you anything. Alternatively you can just not steal (or bribe officers) and then you'll have a better reputation in marts and NPCs will give you more items. There are sidequests on stealing from specific NPCs and Pokemarts as well.
