A couple of weeks of working from home and not at an office isn't going to delay anything retard, if anything, they should be getting more done since they're not wasting time going to and from an office and have more time to do work in their free time.

Or they're unironically the best game studio to work for because of this package and due to their stringent process for hiring people of the kind of mentality they want working for Game Freak, are one of the most desirable to work for in Japan.
