God the melt down when those remakes are announced will be delicious. You'll have /vp/ mad, you'll have twitter mad , everyone will be mad mad. Imagine being someone that bought the shit DLC just to find out GF Isn't even putting effort on that.

Had you actually been listening to what tehy'd been saying regarding that, you'd know Masuda had said they have no delays imminent, but the virus was offering challenges with regards to how the creative rocess works - in other words, Gen IX's not able to be planned like otherGens due to social distancing and now working from home, but absolutely nothing's been slowed or stopped by the virus yet.

Aside from the easy money angle, they make the games for children and there's a lot of children running around the world today haven't played a Sinnoh game, play pokémon and won't go back to the DS to play it. They'd absolutely play a remake of it though.
