OP here. I've been thinking about drawing up a concept for such a mon, but I'm too lazy at drawing and I never get around to actually doing semi-productive things
I have done a fair amount of concepts for Fakemon designs though. Most of which are probably pretty shit

Dragonite & Tyranitar are only interesting in a vaccuum where gimmicky pokemon from Gen 3 & onward don't exist. Salamence is interesting because it's got that Devilman thing going for it. Wishiwashi, Komala, and Mimikyu all have unique special snowflake gimmicks that make them interesting.
How would you make a griffin pokemon interesting without it just being a literal griffin?
