Meditite/Medicham has been my favorite pokemon since I played the original saphire and have used it in every game afterwards when it was available. Who is your "pikachu" ?

On my first playthrough I try to go with Pokemon I've never used before, be it new to that gen or not. But on second runs/postgame/etc. I always go with my one and only.

Metagross is my favorite and I use it every game it's available. But I'd say my 'pikachu' is Lucario. Lucario is the only mon ill put on my team even if types overlap. I'll do it with Metagross too (on fact they're usually the two who overlap), but Lucario is just more connectable with.

My top two favorites are really the top shillmon...
I wasn't a fan of Pikachu until I did a run of EoS with it as the partner character, I guess I got pretty attached.

Pikachu was my first favorite pokemon but that was because I was like 6. I used to like all the cute pokemon back then as well. When 3rd gen was announced, we used to go trough the new pokedex with my friend on a computer that loaded one picture for 5 minutes.

Ruby was my first ever Pokemon game, and I got to the Elite 4 with an underlevelled team. Caught a Medicham in the Victory Road or whatever at level 42 because it was unironically the 6th highest level Pokemon I had.

When I got to Steven, he killed 5 of my Pokemon, and I only had Medicham left. He KO'ed three of his Pokemon spamming high jump kick and won me the league, and since then he's been one of my favorites. I am hardly a Pokemon fan, but this memory still sticks with me

Meditite is rather cute, I always liked it. As for pokemon I like on my team on later play through (after getting to know and training the area's regular pokemon), gen 2-6 I always had a Skarmory on my second playthrough. Fisrt playthrough on Silver and Sapphire, actually, which was part of why i decided I liked Skarmory so much.
