It literally doesn't count when they referenced the sprite to make a completely different pokemon
honoguma and tediriirisu are two different pokemon, this is the worst thing to come out of this leak, faggots trying to say a scrapped pokemon is suddenly something we've had.

Honoguma's sprite was also used as a reference to make the cat pokemon with the lil bells on it's ears. Also, it is reasonable to say Honoguma was repurposed into Tediursa. They kept developing the bear pokemon idea and removed the fore attribute. You're being an autistic. Honoguma became several finalized pokemon, including the Typhlosion line which overwrote Honoguma and co, and the Ursaring line was developers from the bear concept by reusing the sprite. Deal with it.

Honoguma was clearly split into several pokes.

These are all files included in the leak, btw. You see the process by which how they refused sprites, and which ones replaced which. You can see other visual aspects of Tediursa were taken from Kotora like the eyes.
