I would've liked Feraligatr much more if they kept the original concept of a quadrupled. Reminds me of Zangoose pre-Seviper blood censor. Any other examples of this? Post yours.

Sandile looked really good and could've worked evolving into an actual croc body, but even he got to stand on 2 legs...damn shame

I always wondered why they changed it for the artwork. Made so much more sense Zangoose and Seviper having their blades the color of the other's wounds.

probably because it's only used there.
it'd be neat if it had some attack animations in that stance, it'd get low then lunge and bite.

its also curious that for their unused sun and moon run animations, Feraligatr does not get down on all fours but Typhlosion does.

i imagine it might've been too awkward to make the model run on all fours, or something a long those lines.
this could be fixed if they went back to 2D, or adjust the model so it can pull off a wider variety of poses.
