Blaziken and Decidueye are other pokemon besides Greninja that I think do anthromorphic design elements well because their human aspects feel functional and logically reasonable for them to have.
Whatever Inteleon's pattern is supposed to resemble, it's definitely human clothing and I'm not seeing much reason for it. It's just too specifically anthropomorphic to think that a sneaky chameleon developed a pattern like that, while a sneaky frog could evolve what I described above. Cinderace has the same issue like I mentioned. Ultimately this is probably a matter of taste but this is the way I evaluate a somewhat anthropomorphic creature design.
