Absurd speed tier, Fast Frail Mixed attacker with an actually useful secondary attack stat, absurd coverage, actually useful Physical Electric STAB.
The biggest reason however is that Dexit practically killed all of it walls. No more Lando, no more Tangrowth, no more Magearna, etc. It reigns supreme because it can tun a variety of moves and sets and not get contested over many of them at once like it could before.

Seismitoad's physical attack is higher than its special attack and its physical movepool is just as good, if not better than its special movepool.
I know there's Scald, but that's always used for the burn rather than for the damage.

Zeraora is kinda like that, but instead of being slow, it's extremely fast
And instead of being frail, it's bulk is surprisingly decent.
And instead of being a mixed attacker, it's a physical attacker with a high enough special attack to use grass knot effectively.
