This would create an overcrowded romhackish identityless region like Kalos (and like what Galar ended up being despite dexit).
What we wanted is the same as in Alola, Hoenn, Sinnoh...etc, aka 200 pokemon found in the region and the rest tranferable from previous games
The issue with SwoShit is that uncatchable mons arent even coded and cant be transfered
