I would like to know how much of the battle system's direction is on him versus higher creatives; e.g was he the one who came up with something like Dynamax himself, or was that decided for him and he had to implement it. Also much love for sneaking Mew in RGBY and making himself a super boss, he deserves being the guy who actually has to the combat seriously for so long.

He designed my favorite Pokémon, Dragonite. He helped jumpstart the series popularity with the Mew gimmick. He directed HGSS, which is an excellent remake and alternates between the original GS as my favorites. He is my favorite Game Freak employee and I wish he had more say in the direction of the games.
