The biological objective of life is to produce more of it's kind. At present they are failing this goal, and they were not designed for failure. You, a human, are viable genetic material to accomplish this goal. A means to an end. Your feelings on the matter are irrelevant, as they just get in the way of the mewtwo's goals.
