I've heard that Ultra Necrozma is 'artificial difficulty' in that the challenge is just that it is an overleveled mon with stat boosts and thus not legitimate.
Though this has me ask, how would the Ultra Necrozma fight be made into a 'legitimate challenge' in this context? Is such a thing even possible?
