I liked how he used to be a mysterious, unique, kinda even mythical pokemon before gen 6.
You could only get one of it and it had a really weird ability to change forms using appliances.
It sucks that you can no longer get the key to the rotom room in platinum but it adds to the mystery of the pokemon.
