Galvanize: Exclusive to Alolan Geodude line as Hidden Ability. Regional form that appears in only a single region.
Refrigerate: Amaura and Aurorus (fossils) as well as Mega Glalie have it as their ability.
Pixilate: Mega Gardevoir and Mega Altaria, as well as Sylveon (Hidden Ability), have it.
Aerilate: Mega Salamence and Mega Pinsir have it.
There's no way common Pokemon such as the Pichu and Igglybuff lines will ever have those abilities. If Pikachu gets a second normal ability, it wouldn't be something as OP as Galvanize.
