i feel like many people hate meloetta because they think she's just a doll or something. if you look closely at the design you will notice various references to music. plus the form change gimmick is neat.

i unironically love pidove/unfezant. underrated king.

really came around to gen 5 with the transition to 3D but this really puts it into perspective how much, especially compared to gen 7/8. even the 'meh' category I don't actively dislike.

One of the best if not the best gen for overall design quality. It's got its lows but a lot of Pokémon (everything in great and 90% of the stuff in good) more than make up for that
